My name is Chris Neff, and I am a Licensed NC General Contractor and the owner/operator of C&C Fencing Solutions. I grew up in South Florida and later moved to Ohio where I finished High School and attended a local Community College. After a couple of years working construction and going to school, I decided to join the Military. I have spent time in Clearwater Florida, Kodiak Alaska, and eventually in Elizabeth City North Carolina, which is now considered home to our family.

I started C&C Fencing Solutions in 2015 because I wanted to bring my neighbors quality fence installation, repair and replacement, coupled with the values I hold most important at an affordable price.
